Hannah & Chris’ October wedding at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay was perfect from start to finish. Hannah looked stunning in a classic lace wedding gown with cathedral-length veil for added drama.

The temperatures stayed in the balmy 70s all afternoon, so everyone was comfortable whether they were in dresses or suits. The clouds even coordinated with the bridal party’s navy blue color scheme. The sky itself seemed to want to cooperate on Hannah and Chris’ big day!

The Cambridge Hyatt weddings have amazing ceremonie

This Maryland resort is right on the water, which provided a stunning backdrop for the ceremony. The whole event was caught by the photography and videography wizards over at Whole Heart Studios. Check out their wedding video!

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay is a dog-friendly resort — and that was a must for this couple, whose pup was an integral part of their day. After being walked down the aisle by an accommodating junior bridesmaid, their sweet labrador helped the couple with their sand ceremony.

"I'm not crying, you're crying!"

After two very confident “I do’s” and a recessional to the tune of Marry You by Bruno Mars, it was time for the party!

Cocktail hour was held outside on the patio and lawn, where the guests could continue to enjoy the views of Chesapeake Bay. Then it was time for the reception, held inside one of the Maryland resort’s ballrooms. With the walls all draped in white, uplighting from Maryland’s DJ turned the room into a bright jewel box all night long.

The bride and groom had fun with their grand entrance accompanied by DJ Khalid’s All I Do is Win. But they stuck with the classics for the big moments. For their first dance, Hannah and Chris chose Michael Bublé’s version of Can’t Help Falling in Love. Hannah and her father danced to In My Life (I Love You More) by The Beatles for their father/daughter dance. Then Chris and his mom got into the swing of things, dancing to The Way You Look Tonight by old blue eyes himself, Frank Sinatra.

Hannah and Chris’ wedding even tied in a few Jewish traditions. Chris broke the glass after the ceremony, and of course, they did the hora at the reception.

After that, the whole party hit the dance floor. Seriously, this was a hard-dancing crowd. Even the Labrador made another appearance!

Hannah and Chris also brought along some crazy props for the dance floor, like over sized plush animal heads. Guests put on the heads to turn into creatures like a sloth, unicorn, and panda bear. That was something we hadn’t seen before!

We were so thrilled to be part of Hannah and Chris’ celebration at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay. These two were so full of joy, and their happiness was infectious. We wish them all the best in their new life together!
