SMS OPT-IN DATA — NON-DISCLOSURE COMMITMENTIn accordance with CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements, Maryland's DJ LLC hereby affirms the following:- Mobile opt-in data, including mobile phone numbers collected through our SMS consent process, will NEVER be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party, affiliate, lead generator, data broker, or marketing partner for any marketing or promotional purpose.- SMS/text message originator opt-in data and consent records are not included in any data-sharing arrangement with any third party, regardless of business relationship.- The only parties who may access your mobile number in connection with our text messaging program are Maryland's DJ LLC staff and our verified messaging platform provider (Twilio), solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.- This commitment applies permanently to any mobile number collected through our opt-in process and is not subject to exception, override, or waiver.If you ever receive a solicitation from a third party claiming affiliation with Maryland's DJ LLC's text messaging program, please contact us immediately.
