Ryan and Kristen’s wedding was such a joy to be a part of. This couple is so full of life and laughter, it is impossible to not have a good time when they are around. We had so much fun working with them and bringing a fun and energetic atmosphere to their reception was easy with a couple like this! Their September wedding was at the stunning Elkridge Furnace Inn here in Maryland. We couldn’t have pictured a more beautiful location for a fall wedding.

After an adorable first look, the Bride and Groom said their vows surrounded by their closest friends and family. Their officiant was a good friend of the couple, and told the romantic story of how they met. Ryan was so in love after their first date that he sent her a message saying he couldn’t wait to see her again before he had even left the parking lot! After laughing through their vows and shedding plenty of happy tears the sweet couple were ecstatic to be announced as Husband and Wife!

Ryan and Kristen’s entire reception was playful, energetic and so. Much. Fun. Their entrance song was Sugar, by Maroon 5 which was the perfect way to get the party started. And their first dance was set to the romantic Smile, by Uncle Kracker.  They described their wedding party as “ always ready to party” — Our favorite!! We put together a playlist, and took requests that kept the party going all night!

Not only did we get to provide them with an exciting playlist, we also set the mood with steel blue uplighting which added a more personal and sophisticated look to their reception area. The lighting matched their wedding colors, and created the perfect atmosphere for their celebration.
